Hanmer Springs Ski Day

C. had a birthday this week and had planned to go skiing with Dad.  But C. caught the flu instead. They postponed the ski day until today.  We weren't sure he was well enough to go but they went anyway.

The trip was to Hanmer Springs, about 2 hours northwest of Christchurch.  The boys left this morning and didn't return until almost 10 p.m.  They skied all day and sat in the hot thermal pools afterwards.

I guess they had an eventful day because both boys came in and went straight to bed.  I think they will sleep well tonight.
