Oobleck!!

The kids and I made Oobleck tonight. Cornflour and water makes a non-Newtonian liquid. It doesn't have a consistent viscosity. Squeeze it and it feels solid, but it will also run through your fingers like water. Not a solution but a suspension. Like extra fine, rubbery sand and water.
